Salary of $163,687 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and passionate individual to work in the Brand Experiences team as a Marketing Manager – Campaigns. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing our brand strategies and campaign plans to achieve enrolment targets, brand awareness and overall business objectives.

About You

You are a passionate and experienced Marketer who prides themselves on their innovation, organisational and leadership skills. You have the ability to create and maintain highly effective stakeholder relationships with a diverse range of individuals, and to apply strong verbal and written skills to key campaign activities. You are agile and adaptable, with an ability to refocus and lead change in response to shifting priorities. You are an experienced and effective campaign lead, with strengths in building brand awareness and achieving agreed targets. Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer Focus.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant experience
  2. Demonstrated experience in leading, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, plans and strategies that have built brand awareness and achieved agreed targets
  3. Experience building strong stakeholder relationships, engaging and working collaboratively on marketing campaigns to enhance commercial presence
  4. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
