Manager Sales Performance

Total remuneration package $184,818, includes a base salary of $163,687 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role
This position is responsible for implementing and managing the operational effectiveness of the sales contact centre through process, capability, systems integration, and overseeing outbound and inbound student recruitment activities across various channels to achieve revenue growth, conversion targets, and customer service targets. Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading teams.

You are an experienced leader in sales and customer service, with a proven track record managing high-performing contact centre teams in a complex and fast-paced environment.
You will bring expertise in driving sales outcomes, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across dispersed teams. Your strong capability in resource planning, team development, and systems integration enables you to achieve performance targets and elevate the customer experience.
You are confident in navigating change and thrive on empowering your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
