Total Remuneration Package $222,700 includes a base salary of $197,662 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role
As the Lead Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing enterprise-wide solutions, technologies, platforms, and capabilities. These initiatives must be strategically aligned with the long-term vision, roadmap, and investment priorities of the organization. In this leadership capacity, you are also expected to mentor and guide team members, fostering the development of an Architectural Centre of Excellence at TAFE NSW. Your daily conduct should consistently reflect a commitment to continuous improvement—both personally and across your team and the broader organization.
In this role you will manage and guide TAFE NSW’s Enterprise Architecture practice through the provision of high-level strategic advice for future investment in Digital Solutions Group systems and processes to support business objectives. You will provide specialist technical advice and guidance to Enterprise Architects to support business and Digital Solutions Group initiatives, ensuring alignment with Digital Solutions Group strategy and develop the enterprise architecture team to build a business focused architecture capability to meet the evolving needs of TAFE NSW as it responds to changes in education and training delivery and increasingly adopts innovative technology solutions
