$92,882 package includes salary ($82,200), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (pro rata)

About the role

As an Education Support Officer, you will work under the direction of a supervising Teacher or Head Teacher to support and enhance the learning experience of our students.

In this role you will provide follow-up instructions and provide students the opportunities to practice their skills. The role is key in enhancing their educative experience and engagement. You will have the opportunity to share your skills and industry passion, whilst building the skills, qualifications, employability, and supporting the career goals of our students. 

About You

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • The appropriate subject knowledge, skills, industry experience and hold a Certificate III of Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (AUR30620) or equivalent.
  • A high-level of interpersonal and communication skills, including your ability to be proactive and show initiative.
  • Experience in managing workshops including tool management, parts procurement and resource development.
  • Strong administrative skills, and experience.
  • The ability to meet all the selection criteria in the below position description.
