Base salary of $91,272 - $98,291 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The Contract Assurance Officer is responsible for coordinating the implementation of training contracts for the Region. Providing expert advice and support to stakeholders on training contract outcomes, performance targets and other compliance matters to ensure compliance with standards set by regulatory bodies, e.g. ASQA, Training Services NSW and others, are met and contract outcomes are optimised. 

We currently have Full-Time Permanent opportunity available. This position is based at our TAFE NSW – St Leonards campus.

About You 

To succeed in the role, you will have proven experience in coordination, implementation and monitoring of educational contracts. You are able to demonstrate your ability to contribute to the development, implementation and review of policies, and procedures on educational  contract delivery. 

You have exceptional customer service with the ability to provide accurate advice to internal and external stakeholders on compliance requirements. You are able to multitask and prioritise your workload, whilst at time working within limited time frames.

Provide an example of a situation in which you were required to plan a monitoring activity within an educational framework to review whether contractual requirements were met.  What were the contractual requirements and how did you plan your monitoring work . What was the result?

 Provide an example of a situation in which you were required to liaise and collaborate with stakeholders within an educational organization to ensure a successful outcome for a customer.
