Base Salary $74,912 - $82,688 p.a plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

Exciting temporary full-time opportunity until Feb 2026, based in our Ultimo TAFE NSW campus.

In this role, you will support the effective administration of student award completion, academic documentation, examinations, and results. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of student records, provide expert advice to stakeholders, and manage various administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform academic completions processes and the statewide production and issue of compliant student academic documentation (testamurs and academic records). 
  • Ensure the precision and integrity of student information, adhering to data protection standards and relevant policy and legislative requirements. 
  • Provide expert advice and support to student administration teams, delivery teams and other stakeholders on cyclical processes such as course completions, examinations and student academic document issuance.  
  • Navigate a variety of complex systems and processes to maintain accuracy and compliance of learner records. 

About You 

You are a strong administrator with experience in compliance reviews and data analysis. You have high attention to detail and are proficient and confident using multiple systems. Previous experience with a Student management system - EBS/PeopleSoft is highly regarded.

You thrive in a busy environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and sustain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
