$82,583 (Package includes salary of $66,212 - $73,085 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading)

About the role
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering transactional support and enquiry management to enable the delivery of the Student Services Branch services catalogue for all cohorts across the customer journey.
Through customer focused service delivery, the Customer Service Representative will support a multi-channel approach that maximises the enrolment retention and completion of TAFE NSW students, and supports the provision of associated services to other TAFE NSW customers.

About You
To succeed in this position, prior experience in a high-volume service sector environment is essential, where you have provided administrative excellence and customer assistance across various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions. You thrive in a team environment by effectively collaborating and communicating verbally and in writing. You are well-versed in technology, with knowledge of MS Office, email, and digital communications, and experience with a Customer Relationship Management system.
