$84,647 package includes salary ($74,912-$82,688), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for providing administrative support and advice for the delivery of customer focussed end to end talent acquisition activities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Workforce Service Team.

TAFE NSW is seeking Talent Acquisition Officers for future roles. We are looking for suitable candidates, who would like to be considered for future positions within the Talent Acquisition team.  This recruitment will be used to create a Talent Pool for future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months. 

About You 

We are seeking passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Officers who will be committed to achieving extraordinary outcomes for the business. You are agile and flexible in an ever-changing environment and love a challenge. You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team, and taking initiative.

To succeed in this role, you will have: 

  • Aboriginality (Aboriginality is a genuine occupational qualification and is authorised under Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act of 1977).
  • An understanding of operations and procedures relating to the conduct of employment screening including the handling of confidential information and undertaking of risk assessments.
  • Experience with high volume administrative tasks in a transactional and complex environment.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A willingness to be open to new learnings and ability to adapt to changes.

Highly Regarded:

  • Knowledge and experience of HR Systems
  • Previous recruitment and/or onboarding experience.
  • Audit, Probity and Governance experience.
