About the role
We’re looking for passionate educators to shape the future of Community Services! At TAFE NSW, you’ll have the opportunity to share your expertise in areas such as case management, social support, and community development with students who are eager to make a real difference in people’s lives. You’ll guide learners through practical, hands-on training that equips them with the skills and confidence to provide essential services to individuals, families, and communities.
Your role will be pivotal in helping students achieve nationally recognised qualifications that open doors to meaningful careers in sectors such as aged care, disability support, youth work, and community engagement. By mentoring and inspiring the next generation of professionals, you’ll contribute to building stronger, more inclusive communities across NSW.
This is more than teaching—it’s about empowering students to become advocates for change, fostering resilience, and promoting wellbeing. If you’re committed to creating positive social impact and want to share your knowledge in a supportive, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
**Please note that TAFE NSW will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period from 25 December 2025 to 9 January 2026 inclusive. Shortlisting and interviewing for this position will be conducted in the new year. **
