Package valued up to $122,593, includes salary ($108,494 - $116,838) plus superannuation and leave loading.

About the role
This position is responsible for operating, developing, administering, and integrating TAFE NSW platforms to support the Systems Group and organisational business requirements.
For context, this position will be accountable for the administration and ongoing improvement of several learning management systems across TAFE NSW. It will be required to develop a knowledge of the delivery models that these systems enable.
About You
You excel in collaborating with Systems Administrators, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure the effective day-to-day operations and successful delivery of system integrations and enhancements. Your expertise in platform-specific monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting ensures optimal system performance. You have experience in supporting key operational activities, including installations and testing, and using agile methodologies. Your ability to liaise with business users to identify needs and develop technical solutions makes you a valuable asset to any team.
