$84,647.43 package includes salary ($74,912 - $82,688), superannuation and leave loading (pro-rata).

About the role

We are seeking high-performing Student Sales Advisors who thrive in a high-volume contact centre environment. As part of our team, you'll contribute to building out processes and collaborate effectively to achieve collective success. Join us to leverage your skills in a supportive and dynamic setting.

In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to attend industry evenings at the Institute of Applied Technology (IAT) located at Kingswood to promote IAT courses and showcase your exceptional people skills.  This variety ensures you'll constantly engage with new people and refine your communication skills, making every day unique and rewarding. 

We are looking to offer 1 x part time temporary position immediately (17.5 hours per week, over 3 days), and also create an eligibility list for temporary full time roles that may become available within the next 18 months.   

All positions require you to work from the Kingswood location with a contract end date of 28 November 2025.  These roles may offer extensions. 

About You 

To excel as a Student Sales Advisor, you need to bring a proven track record in sales, demonstrating your ability to achieve contact, enrolment, and conversion targets. You'll need strong multitasking skills to handle varying volumes of inbound enquiries and provide accurate course information across multiple channels. Experience in participating in targeted sales campaigns, both outbound and inbound, is essential.

Excellent customer service skills are crucial, as you will support lead generation and maximize conversions to applications and enrolments through effective follow-ups and collaboration with customer service and admissions teams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional resilience and be a quick thinker.

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals ready to embrace and excel in the following key requirements:

  • experience providing advice, information and assistance to customers across multiple channels in a sales contact centre environment or similar
  • demonstrated ability to perform a range of administration and sales related support activities including use of contact centre related technology, and systems to support data and customer relationship management
  • demonstrated capability to listen, interpret and convey product related information in a clear, accurate and appropriate manner, responsive to customer needs in a high-volume work environment
