Temporary Full-Time until November 2026

Location Negotiable (subject to Campus availability)

Salary package of $131,911 - $142,056 which includes salary ($116,219 – $125,157) per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the development, implementation and evaluation of significant services improvements and solution design projects the enable enhanced delivery of the Student and Campus Service Branch service catalogue and support ongoing transformation in the ways services are delivered.

  • This role is for a February 2026 commencement for the successful candidate.

About You

You’re a driven and strategic thinker with a proven track record in service improvement or solution-design projects. You are adept at tackling wicked organisational problems and codesign with multiple stakeholders to design tangible solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive organisational outcomes. You thrive on working in complex environments, confidently managing and coordinating the development, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that transform how services are delivered.
