Location Negotiable North Coast (subject to campus availability)

Permanent, Full-time

Base Salary of $130,911 - $143,064 p.a. plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

Are you ready to lead and inspire? As the Library Network Lead, you will drive excellence in library and information services across a dynamic network. Your leadership will ensure that our libraries not only meet but exceed high-quality standards, delivering exceptional service that is responsive to the needs of our diverse customer base.

This position is location negotiable across TAFE NSW North Coast campuses, depending on business needs and campus availability.

About You 

We are looking for a passionate leader who can:

  • Lead and manage teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Champion continuous improvement to enhance library services
  • Strategise and implement operational plans for integrated and customer-focused library services.
  • Hold eligibility for Associate membership of ALIA and possess an accredited library and information science qualification.
