Location negotiable across NSW (subject to campus availability) 

Establishing a talent pool to fill permanent or temporary positions

$91,081 - $100,536 salary package - includes base salary ($80,246 - $88,576), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality HR transactional services and ensuring the integrity of organisational data. You will manage and maintain the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS), support workforce planning and payroll processes, and provide expert advice on position structures and staffing matters. Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you will process employment-related transactions, resolve enquiries, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes. As a key contributor, you will help build capability across the organisation and ensure accurate, timely, and customer-focused service delivery.

About You 

To be successful for this position you must possess:

  • Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Relevant experience using the SAP HRMIS system in a way that supports the HR administration and manager/employee self-service
  • A strong knowledge of and experience using MS Excel
  • The understanding and experience applying awards, agreements and other relevant HR policies and procedures for routine and complex employment administration matters
  • A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement)
