$74,816 package includes salary ($66,212-$73,085), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role
TAFE NSW is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent organisational skills to join The Alliance team as an Administration Support Officer.
The role is responsible for performing a range of administrative and operational support tasks and activities to support the Northern NSW Academic Health Alliance (The Alliance) in the delivery and achievement of The Alliance objectives.
In this role you will be required to navigate and manage access to multiple systems with separate logins while balancing the dual responsibilities of being employed by TAFE NSW and working within a NSW Health building requiring adherence to both organisations policies and procedures all while managing efficient workflow and data security.
About You
You will have proven experience in a business administration and/or operations support role. You will have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with your team and taking initiative to deliver outcomes. You will have proven ability to provide high-level secretariat support, including accurately capturing minutes, preparing clear and concise documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
