Temporary Full-time up to 31 December 2025

Salary package of up to $93,433 includes a base salary of ($74,912 - $82,688) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role 

This role is responsible for working collaboratively with corporate partners to ensure excellence in service experience at the relevant learning location optimising community engagement. You will be required to manage campus operations and responsible for Work, Health and Safety at the campus. You will bring your expertise in stakeholder management to run community engagement and liaise with stakeholders across the organization.

About You  

  • You enjoy applying your high level of customer service and can-do attitude and are motivated and engaged to coordinate and facilitate on the ground services.
  • You have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships and networking with various stakeholders and can build good rapport with your colleagues and community.
  • You will have good negotiation and communication skills and are experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working independently, you are a self-starter and results driven team member who can problem solve whilst managing competing priorities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience (minimum)
  • Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people
  • Demonstrated success in monitoring and delivering services which meet customer needs
  • Ability to work flexible shifts to align with campus operating hours (including evenings)
  • Aboriginality (Aboriginality is a genuine occupational qualification and is authorised under Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act of 1977). Candidate should present proof of Aboriginality as part of their application.
